Your Personal Way To Earn Through Enrichment
It's Monday, social media posts are made, reels are finished and my TikTok is done. What a freak'n world we live in! "Oh us girls so into ourselves" that have had to find a way to carve out our niche' http://kitryn-marie.weebly.com to make way for our talents, gifts, and experienced knowledge to earn some form of monetary value! I shake my head! (and it rattles)
In the last several weeks I have been reformulating all the classes I teach. Before I dive into the description of them all; let me say, that since 2010 I have been striving to personally invest in myself to convey, educate, and inform while trying to entertain in a value that promotes enrichment! {people stuck in outdated modes will never understand what that means} To enrich: The act of improving or enhancing the quality of life. {their life}
We live in this era of algorithms based on views, followings, likes, shares, and comments. By any other standard, it would look make-believe and not real; especially for the people who (don't get it) have been told from an early age to learn a "real skill" and physically apply themselves. Go get that career-oriented position! Work that 9-5 dig in and be thankful for that steady paycheck {that someone else says you're hourly worth} offering you a 2-week vacation, health benefit plan {which costs you more}, and retirement package, which you will never be able to utilize! Blah blah blah blah. {because it will not be there for you or you won't be here in the end to see it} It no longer serves individuals to be told to live this way especially, in the digital world we live in.
[Yes some trades are needed and yes there are positions for office workers etc, it is the capacity for this requisite that needs to be looked at from another approach because not everyone is wired or structurally sound to function in an organized environment that has been in place since the Industrial Revolution. People work best in environments that allow them to have a workflow suited to their personal application for the tasks and duties they have been assigned. It has been discovered office environments can be toxic and inhibit a person's mental wherewithal to properly complete assignments. And further discovered in the trades, there are too many convicts, addicted behavioral personalities, and warm bodies that can't follow instructions or read at 2nd-grade level but yet here these types are on our streets, in our buildings, constructing objects not properly trained at their level of learning, and being carried by others that have a work ethic, stellar by compare contrast.]
We have opposite margins when it comes to the worlds I have described above... 6 of 1 and a half dozen the other! We even now are seeing where corporate entities are screaming for creatives because this corporate structure that was formed at the beginning of time is failing miserably due to burnout and greed. The enrichment these companies need is in high demand!
Where does this leave me? or better yet what point am I trying to make?
Well, we will not mention that I have had my hand in food and beverage for 30 years. What I like to call the dance of food etiquette, I have learned through word and personality that people, customers, and clients are hungry for EXPERIENCES! They want to leave all habitats better than when they came in! They want their surroundings to offer them an element of a sweetening they did not know they needed or desired! I use this same approach in my classes that I teach! I leave people with more than what they bargained for!
I teach group painting lessons. I teach them through verbal instruction in terms of perception and perspective by creating images based on shape and moving color around creating impression, depth and brush technique! The classes are 3-4 hours long! I provide the supplies. The minimum is 10 and the cost is 45.00 each! There are a variety of themes to choose from for the class painting! I come to your location or I have a venue that you may use!
I also instruct how to create a VISION BOARD based on the principles of the law of attraction/assumption through the guided imagery of psychology with a heavy emphasis on life coaching. It is an eye-opening class. It allows you to see where you have been, where you were influenced at a young age into your adult life, and where you want to see yourself be! WE CREATE OUR OWN EXISTENCE! The class also can be a group. min 10 The cost is 65.00 each! I come to your location! {this class is wonderful for corporate structures that are dealing with severe burn out}
Business coaching for creative-minded women! This is an extensive look into starting side hustles and earning an income based on personal talents and gifts learned through having hobbies and wanting to monetize what you know how to do! This 4-hour class dives deep into personal image and being camera-ready. I teach you how to verbally market yourself, branding your identity through your name and the service or product you offer! You will learn where your strengths are in promoting and what social media sites work better for what you need! This is a class not a course! The cost is 95.00 per class and it is a private class! You come to my home studio located in St. Louis MO Co.
Many still do not understand the importance of being creative or finding the need for enrichment to better our lives! Using social media where reality tells us; personal earning goals should not be dependent on those algorithms, followers, likes, and shares but here we are! Many of us have found our callings! It has been shown each of us is willing to go to great lengths to strengthen our desired crafts and talents; reaching a far greater public and bringing awareness being acknowledged where we would have never been seen before! We recognize what we are good at! and we are comfortable in the ways that we earn! It is understanding the power of potential! and possibilities!
Having the ability to utilize this digital feature for any company or personal growth has educated the masses a lot more than any structured learning facility could have taught Boomers and Gen x's... and the generations below still have a lot to learn. It is not that do not want to work, they just want to work with what they are good at! We now see influencers who were nobodies that have surpassed incomes that any office or tradesmen earn! They have learned their personal earning potential in environments that are conducive to who they are! In terms, they can live with...based on things that have enriched their livelihoods!
