Better To Fight For Something Than To Live For Nothing
If a tree falls in the forest who is there to hear it ? If a child cries who is there to wipe their tears? If a woman is broken hearted who cares to understand how it happened? When change is needed who is there to give direction? When illness has been diagnosed who really suffers?
There is a mystery in each of those answers. I imagine it all depends on who is present at the time and who chooses to step in with a tissue or possibly who chooses to listen with an empathetic ear... Could it be the person that offers a way out or furthermore could it likely be anybody that is relatively related to the diagnosed.
We are all connected in some way shape or form. Human condition and the capabilities that each holds depends on the placement in that situation or the person's life. Environmental abuse and human suffering, the effects come from any amount causes. You can not go through this life without some frame of structure crumbling to represent what our lives are supposed to stand for.
Would it be the same that applies to war? A frame of reference that is meant to protect an infrared structure. One that houses people and their way of life. The bounty that sits on lush pieces of property that beg to need security and safety for those that dwell on it? Where hearts and lives have been put on the line to defend what is theirs? Territories that scream for boundaries and freedom of speech that preaches what should have been done to maintain order and peace.
By the immortal words of Prince, "Dearly beloved, we are gathered here to get through this thing called life!"
Like war or love and life there are rules of engagements. Weapons are chosen. Tactics are formed. Allies and enemies are configured. Territories and hearts are fought for and hard lines have been driven and drawn where bridges need to be gapped. Someone always gets hurt and the extenuating heartache always makes someone sick. Unfair maneuvers take a stride at a rapid rate because the crowd loves to talk. Propaganda is bought and displayed for all to see because it's who believes what caused it or what ended it and its who wants to claims responsibility for it. It's who stood true for the test of time. Trying to secure what was rightfully theirs.
If a tree falls in the forest who is there to hear it ? If a child cries who is there to wipe their tears? If a woman is broken hearted who cares to understand how it happened? When change is needed who is there to give direction? When illness has been diagnosed who really suffers?
Cause and effects... and the need for a white flag just for the sake of some kind of peace. Enough!
