To Change The Environment You Must Leave Your Environment
Happy New Year!!!!! Wow, freaking wow!!! 2018... what can I say? The caterpillar, the cocoon... the butterfly!!! Lets freaking do this!!!!!
To change the environment you must leave your environment! To grow you must leave every version of yourself and shed every bit of evidence of yourself... to become anything than what you used to be! That is what I am feeling about 2018!!!!
Love what you do and the passion follows... Love who you do and see whose loving arms reach and play, " I WILL FOLLOW YOU" That is love... that is faith... that is what has been written in stone! Movies in the making... plays to be written in the books. My own characters have come to life in ways I did not see coming! They have taken on new personas some would shudder and some in shock! The plot twist... that has everyone whispering... ARE YOU KIDDING? DO WHAT? SERIOUSLY?
Does life imitate art... or does art imitate life? Some things more entertaining than the entity itself. It is the way things unfold and take shape and charted new paths. You really really have to stop in your own tracks and ask yourself "HOW RIGID AM I?" and how willingly far will you go to change everything about who you used to be?
Rigid is an understatement to me. I had been so used to defending my life and rebuilding who I was, I never saw what was coming from the shadows. That is the God's honest truth! Stretching every dime I had to survive and regain my health was the only thing I had come to terms with. I was a sick woman... physically, emotionally and mentally damaged. Not all scars are visible... and to put on airs in a very public life the most difficult platform I had ever faced. Now that I look around... No one would have been able to do what I did and survive to talk about it! Most would have fallen the first 3 steps! But viola... I TAKE A BOW!
My classes are growing... the buzz that has surrounded my name is worth every whisper said. My idea was to take painting lessons in to another direction. The art of "spirit" painting is based on perspective and perception... the feelings attached to the color and the image. Its what moves us emotionally that gets the mind-eye-hand coordination to flow. It is what the mind imagines to get the eyes to see and integrating the movement thru your hand's usage. The shape that is turned into an object that is shaped into images that come to life thru color and interpretation. I am thankful and so very blessed that Mystic Valley and Old Orchard Art Gallery is allowing me to teach this theory. It is a meditative type therapy... in correlation with the spirit that lives within us all connecting to our higher power. We were not meant just to work and pay bills! Law of attraction is based on the dreams we have in "waking" time. Seeing the life we want through a series of images imagined in our conscious time. Taking those images and seeing it as if we live that life in real time! The vision board is the tool to see it all come to fruition. Every high ranking successful person has had a vision board of some kind! We each have a word that resonates with us. The things that we base and build our lives on. We each have 5 core words... sometimes more. Ex: Love, Family, Abundance, Travel, Career. From there you branch out what each of those words means by writing adjectives from those words sentences on how it applies to you. You then match the words by images cut and or found from any picture source. You take the words and the images an apply them onto a board... where a blank canvas is strategically worked forming the puzzle of your life put together in a form only you know how to create! The classes have been so successful... I have branched out to teaching this through Life and Biz coaching sessions. http://kitryn-marie.weebly.com
To be able to stand in front of a group of women with creative minds... not knowing a direction in which they want to turn is exhilarating. By telling my stories... by showing through example... and leading by passion is more than anything I could have ever dreamed or asked! People have come to love and trust my guidance! Building inspiration to others is a gift... and if any of them walk away with a hint of confidence rebuilt! I have done exactly what I set out to do!
To live life through pictures and words and watch it all unfold! it is a life well lived that serves my soul well!
To fall in love with someone who knows my soul, my desire and knows exactly which cloud my head is in... is beyond what I ever thought would happen! If I say the sky is purple... he says "amazing!" if I say the cat has pajamas, he says, "which pattern!" If I say, I need more pictures, he says, " ok where do you want to post them?!!" Never have I heard no... or you can't do that... or that's insane! I am cheered on with the greatest enthusiasm any entrepreneurial spirited woman could ask for! because he knows the importance of my dreams and how my passion drives my workforce! I am not forced to be ordinary... and not forced to settle for anything less than how far my vision soars!
A soul mate pushes you to step outside your comfort zone and be the better version of who you think you are! You derive to enrich each other by intelligence, laughter, conversation and in my book idle chatter while driving on some derelict road off the beaten path! Holding my hand keeping me close... if only held by 2 fingers. Its legs tangled... on a couch at opposite ends. Its flip-flopped positions in bed watching tv with a hand on a thigh. Its a kiss on my head... when he wants to laugh so hard... he can not contain himself. Its a reach across the bed to pull me so close because he would not ever dare to stray because he knows what he has found!
So see 2018 is already filled with WOW... the third act plot twist that the best of movies are made and books are written!
So set you schedules... get your calendars! This is the year for Game-Changing lives! and better yet! Listen for those bells... Dearly, beloved, we are gathered here today before friends, family, and God... to get thru this thing called LIFE together!
