Hindsight Is 2020

Image
How far can you see? How far back do you look and realize where you are standing right now has to do with that choice and decision you made less than 10 years ago. Can you see how those steps have caught up to you? Possibly while remaining in a "self" mode you escaped and what you thought would be an easy choice, a simpler act of "this is right for me", you have found right now where you are living you are more heartfully distraught than the moment you made the alternative judgment to go in another direction. Situations always have a way of catching up to you no matter if it's in the financial mode or the mental space. People do not realize how hindsight works and if 2020 has proved anything it has proved to be detrimental because most did not prepare for how this year would affect all in every way shape or form mentally, spiritually, financially, and emotionally. {Take yourself back to 2010. Now go forward...} In 2010, it was the year after the economy crashed...

"Do you have a job? Do you have a purpose? Who dresses you?"

It's beginning to look a lot like... what the hell kind of end of year BS is this? (in my full sarcasm)How did you think the year was going to end; in one big pretty package with some shiny glittery bow all wrapped up in some sappy ending rom-com movie? 2020 has been ridiculously tough on every level imaginable! It has been anything but a feel-good movie. The price of admission for this year's full feature has been not worth the price of admission or the seat you were forced to sit; with no refunds insight for all the drama and schematics, you have been witness to! "Do you have a job? Do you have a purpose? Who dresses you?" I have found myself repeating this line out of one of my most favorite movies more than once this year. While the zombie apocalypse has taken over the general public's independent way of thinking the other half has walked around scrambling for some sort of resemblance of who they are and what they do for a living. The rituals that have taken ...

Osmosis... It's Not Working Is It?

Is there a better time than now? Have you looked at all the things you have started and have not finished? (we'll get to my list in a hot minute) How many times have you heard yourself say, " When I have time. When I have more money. When I am not so tired. When I get to that next location. When I change jobs. When I retire. When I get more organized. When I get more healthy. When I lose all this weight! etc etc etc..." That list of excuses can grow into another lifetime. Sure it does take some money. It may take some serious elbow grease. It probably all needs to be reorganized and yes we all want to get to that next location! But let's examine right now where you are and kinda reaccess how you got yourself there, shall we? Time happens and we all fall into this mode of "well it can't stay like this forever or the proverbial it is what it is or my favorite keep doing the same thing with the same people hoping it's going to have a better outcome" ho...

Within The Walls

So I have upgraded my morning attire from my leopard sweater to my muppet jacket. I've ditched my flip flops and have dug deep into the back of the closet for some old worn fuzzy slippers... the jammie pants fluctuate between some soft velour abstract pattern or a llama print. No, I am still not a vision of pretty in these mornings of lately. I'm still going for that, let me just find some sort of comfort, as I muddle through my day. Oh now do not get me wrong, although my morning looks a little disheveled, I am still being productive and I do have orders that I am getting out but according to my calculation I need to have 15 sales a week @ $30.00 per pc of merchandise to stay ahead of this game. I have been averaging 4 pcs per week which is pennies to the dollars that I am adding to a bank account that has not seen a paycheck in weeks. (Thanks Co Exec for your democrat plan-demic BS)  I have always strived for that multiple stream income. It has worked {mostly} and until thi...
