Who Do You Believe?
Well here it is, the 'THING" we all knew would be coming! A Time Out! Parts of me are rejoicing for this INTROVERTS staycation. {I have enough home and art projects, books, CD's, food to cook, etc... to last a month or more} Getting out of my head though another entity in itself! I have been saying for months, the general public at large is out of control and it needs to be shut down so EVERYONE can check themselves and see what really needs to be prioritized for their family and life!
This pandemic is not a virus in the sense the media is making it out to be... but a global issue that needs to get humanity back aligning with generosity and compassion for life and environmental conditions. The sky is not falling Henny Penny! but your gluttony and selfishness and me me me attitude has finally taken center stage and the higher powers to be have said 'NO MORE"
So before the haters even throw their shade into my commentary, let me state, " Yes I do believe there is an illness amongst us." The flu or any pneumonia will costly affect our elderly, our young and those with pre-existing conditions and or faulty immune casualties. I myself fall into that Auto-immune situation. This is why I have repeatedly been on my own personal soapbox preaching about GOOD HEALTH AND PREVENTIVE CARE. I am already prone to allergies, seasonal asthma and yearly bronchitis combined with a slow-moving white cell that doubly fights any illness. Cleanliness is next to Godliness! We all should have been washing our hands, keeping ourselves clean and keeping up with personal hygiene, to begin with! We live in a time where the spreading of germs should be no more than what it is! Things that grow in the dirt that put out spores in the air by mother nature herself! Everything you need to know about cleanliness should have been taught to you in kindergarten, right there with you don't run with scissors! And keep your distance from your neighbor... give them space and No you can not use your pencil as a weapon! We don't stab our friends!
So now here we are mostly quarantined for our PROTECTION from outside occurrences to keep us safe! Yes this will financially set us back... but if you lived through the crashing of 2008's economy, this is going to be nothing but a sneeze in the air... with a lot of hype, backlash and the blaming of the wrong person! (DO NOT MAKE ME GET ON A POLITICAL PLATFORM) I have a few conspiracy theories of my own that I will spare from you... but sometimes things happen behind the scenes in some odd trickle-down effect eradicating the things that started this whole ball of BS, to begin with and we need to trust the plan, pray for the best outcome and understand how YOU (we) had a hand in this!
What may not stand the test of time is relationships that have been built on lies... right now there is a woman questioning her every move on why she left her child behind for some guy she hardly knew! Now with nowhere to go because he promised her a bunch of lies based on empty words because she wanted to be taken care of... Her belief system, "he is the one" with no proof of his character now stuck staring at walls quarantined with no place to run!
We have a guy who has no place to escape to... no bars, no clubs, no lodges... no work to run off to; hiding from what he does not want to deal with at home! The false communication because he did not know how to communicate, to begin with only how to manipulate the situation so she would believe 'what he was looking for and what he needs" See people who do not CONNECT and equate ATTACHMENTS to personal belief systems always have a backup plan and a place to run and hide when the going gets tough! Instead of sinking feet in devotion and loyalty... there is always some other place that will take him away from what he should be paying close attention to ... His home life!
There will be a string of business' fighting for resurrection after this fiasco is over! Employers sick over being helpless hoping they will do enough to support their workers who have families or who support themself. There will be employees uncertain of a job remaining when this quarantine lifts.. and although (I am greatly greatly aprreciative) there will be a stimulus check sent... those who do not know how to budget or have outlived their means... will be crying louder than the sky is falling.
My daughter who is a school teacher for one of the best school districts in the state has been informed that classes may all go virtual, meaning all classes and curriculum will be taught online. Missouri standard testing has been forgiven for this year and it will be very much important that parents take a hands-on approach to their children's learning! If anyone ever has questioned a STAY AT HOME MOMS JOB! I hope you choke on your foolish pride. Us moms have not sat on our asses eating bonbons looking for people to take care of us!!! We have had hands-on opportunities teaching our children what is needed best for learning, compassion and surviving in a cruel judgemental world! What makes this whole situation more difficult is ... what will our food supply be and how will we have to ration out meals?
Then this brings me to, hunters, guns and the protection and the need to survive... with an overpopulation of deer and the love for nature... what impact will this have on our ecological system? I will be the first to say, I suck at making a fire... but you can bet your sweet ass, hand me a fishing pole and you, my friend will eat for a lifetime! All these deer meat hoarding people right now are gloating! (shame on you) If they continue to lock down and quarantine... looting will occur because panic has been induced! And if you think those 1000 roles of toilet paper are gonna save you... let me say, "you will be sh.t out of luck!"
Online business will falter... but may recover quickly, As I reaccess my own online business' selling product that can not be bought in the store; a convenience but if prices are marked up too high for specialty boutique pricing... many will squawk! My own teaching and coaching may have to go specifically go online. I am smart but not tech-savvy, I am having difficulties in figuring out the online conferencing... with so many platforms, I need to make sure they are secure and user friendly. I recently just purchased a video recorder, with a high-density microphone, and new lighting! I need my studio more than ever! If everyone else would stop panicking... I might be able to get my thoughts in order to gain perspective for this new standard of living!
Stock markets will recover! All of that COMMODITY is owned by someone! Supply and demand... someone needs and someone buys! That simple... Also, watch how AGRICULTURE stocks are going to skyrocket! Now though would be a good time to plant a garden! Love a farmer now don't ya? and God bless the truck driver! {thanks dad!}
Yes, we all hope this pandemic and fear-based non-sense ends quickly. 2-3 weeks of slowing life down and seeing really what we need to deal with in our own 4 walls. It will make you access what you have, how you have lived and treated!!!! It should make you want to crawl out of your own skin for your behavior towards... the people who have loved you and for humanity in itself!
Tensions will run high and I am here taking emails. Answering and offering suggestions for all business and life's uncertainties. I do not have all the answers but with smart, cool heads we will prevail, prosper and be a healthier nation! One nation under God! A republic strong operating with and on our own resources... for liberty and justice for all!
And if by a small margin of a chance, martial law is put into place, KNOW IT IS TO HELP US AND KEEP US SAFE! The sky is still not falling!
