Life As It Happens ... Catch It While Its Good
Catchy titles and sketchy people... how would that be for a title? For the love of writer's block and mind fog! I have not been sure what has been going on other than life has been a whirlwind since July. I have barely had time to sit and breathe let alone concentrate on building this empire I have started! I've had more giddy-up than whoa and something here real soon needs to give... that is after I get back from this next trip! Hold on NC Kitryn Marie is coming in hot; camera in hand and that guy of mine in the driver's seat! Whirlwind I tell ya!
Seriously though I have had writer's block. There have been quite a few topics I have wanted to address but finding the words that cohesively has made sense almost impossible... but I will say from my last trip through Wisconsin, I have got my sheep impersonation down to a pat! Baaaaa Baaaaa
On a more serious note though things I have noticed as we all watch the world continue to go ape sh.t crazy, the rudeness and dispondense I have seen from the public. I have never been more disgusted by the lack of human decency than what I have first hand witnessed over the last 6 mos. People get yourself in check! Return your grocery cart, let someone's car pass you, slow your ass down on the road, get off your phone while you are driving, tip your server 18-20%, stop being cheap! Stop being so demanding because you think you are ENTITLED to something! Get off your overweight rear and do something with your life than shove some high-calorie beverage and saturated fat food content down your throat. I have used the term Gluttony over and over in the last month and it is on the rise with no relief in sight!
I still have not turned a TV on other than to catch a short 10 min of Dancing With The Stars. My body aches, a new added issue to my faulty immune system. The swelling in my knee and the fluid that has wanted to build in my legs have hindered my need, no obsession to exercise. I have had enough of that! The humidity has played quite a bit of havoc this summer with my body. I will too mention I have not helped it. My refusal to drink massive amounts of water I am sure has been a hindrance to the culprit! ( I slowly am adding some extra electrolytes and finding ways to add Potassium to aid in the efforts!) My refusal though to slow down and my stubbornness that refuses to hear, "Kit what do you expect, you're old!" What the what the? Poppy cock I tell ya!
So what has been going on? Life! Life as it happens... taking everything in ... in accordance with how I am feeling and what I am willing to participate in. I'm making plans and shifting thoughts and silencing a few secrets that are in the making for next year. No reason to reveal, yet! I am looking to take a few more classes in the next coming mos to help expand my business. I am still following and learning from some wonderful people but now questioning their motives and asking, "if your husband in hanging onto your coat tails for his means of support... Uh darling, where is his man card?" Call it chivalry call it whatever you want... but if your man is not doing something in his own life to support a personal need to hunt, gather ... and or provide, RED FLAG, RED FLAG, RED FLAG!
Gonna throw this out here right now for that stalker that combs through my every word!!!!! We live in a time where 2 people in a "committed" relationship play different roles in contributing to each other. There are often times where someone in that COMMITTED relationship makes more money and may have to help to balance out the scales til life evens out. Nowhere in that relationship (I'm sure its documented and stamped somewhere in an archive) does it say, one of them is entitled to lose or give up their right to individually be successful on their own... Now if these 2 in this COMMITTED relationship are in business together... one of the parties is not to downplay the role of the other to get more followers customers or buyers. Carnival barking... giving impressions to others, if it wasn't for me...
I have been following this wonderful creative woman for quite some time. I have learned amazing things from her!!! But she in the last year has downplayed her husband's role in being a man almost to the point she has made it a thing that he has lost his man card. Because she has become so media hungry and her need to continue to up the scales to keep up with this expensive high dollar lifestyle that she has created. She needs him to cater to her every whim... he now is on her payroll. Although I am not sure what his role is on her team... I see her exploiting his cooking skills and child-rearing for the benefit of raising her ratings. Now if that was his thing! and if this is a part of the business... why is he not writing, blogging, videoing, writing a book, taking pictures, talking speaking and selling and marketing this skill making it his own...ON HIS OWN but he doesn't. He gave up his identity, his livelihood, and his man card and submitted to this noticeable embarrassing scenario. Something is seriously wrong here.
No matter what the role is or what business the 2 may have... it is fact and innate through all of history... MEN ARE HUNTERS AND GATHERS... AND PROVIDERS and loving SMART women who too are trying to BUILD BUSINESS' are equalling out the balance. Unless you are filthy rich NO ONE GETS TO HANG ON SOMEONE ELSE COAT TAILS!
Even as I continue to express and layout a plan for a future business endeavor, it is mine and although my guy may have a partial hand in helping me see it to fruition, he ON HIS OWN will continue to thrive successfully in a direction he sees fit for him ON HIS OWN. What we each bring to the table( I hate that term) will be from separate 2 identities!
Life, that has been what has been happening. Finding balance on an uneven platform striving for some Unisom. Continuing in some better direction for my health, maintaining sanity, dotting i's crossing t's and making life... be!
It all about what you are willing to put out there for those that want to connect with what you are doing so they too can relate. So as I get ready to repack for an eight-day leg of a trip, I'm gathering camera and video gear. I'm searching for this voice. Not the one that can talk you to death but the one that teaches you first and foremost, IT IS A BIG WORLD WHEN YOU GET OFF THE ONLY 2 STREETS YOU KNOW!
