To Build a Business And Walk A Path
I am forever reminded of why I went down this path. In and with gratitude, I am thankful and appreciative of all the studies that I have been able to obtain and the wealth of knowledge I have been blessed to attain. To receive sources of endless information and then to be able to share to others is a privilege in every sense of the word!
To build a business and walk a path not everyone understands is an exhausting feat when most people are content living a Monday thru Friday weekly paycheck routine. The bizarre habit of waiting on someone else to define worth and then to base that on WORK that is done for them to accomplish a goal. What most (employers) fail to see vividly; not everyone shares that same goal so therefore subsequently, you get half ass employees who do not care one iota about that business but its a "job" and they are there only for the paycheck! (Employers have a void and a position to fill so sadly ... it is filled with incompetent warm bodies)
Those people ...
#1. don't care about what they do for a job ( they can not recognize their own potential)
#2. they have no real direction
#3. they have been made to believe this is their only option
#4. it's just easy and no effort towards change needs to apply
#5. routine and ordinary is what they choose to settle on ( they can not recognize their own potential and or what they really are capable of doing)
Even those that have gone on to school obtaining a higher degree of education often fall into this category! A one-time whim, dream, someone else's objective and now stuck in a gawdawful habit just lost!
To be an entrepreneur
#1. You refuse to have someone else's idea of what "work" is imposed on them
#2. You are forever thinking outside of a box. (Endless ideas swirl in a gray matter yet to truly be understood)
#3. You are a tinkerer, a dabbler-er, a do-er, a bobber, a buoy, a finance genie, a dreamer, a planner etc...
#4. You have a craft and or a talent that you know in your heart of hearts you can commercialize to make money with
#5. You are in covertly brave
#6. You are a risk taker
#7. You are not attached to money (apply that to your own situation)
#8. You understand the concept there is no ceiling cap on the amount of money you can make
#9. You understand your value and your worth
#10. You understand the term FREEDOM
There are no laws that apply to:
#1. You can work when you want
#2. You can pick and choose what clients customers and job situations you want to take on
#3. You set your standard of living (and or who you are associated with)
#4. You set the bar for the type of character and integrity that will follow you
#5. You design your own creative road map on being successful
#6. This is your life! No one gets to tell you, IT IS NOT!
I also understand not everyone has the gumption to jump outside a box. They are so lost within their only personal structure it is just easy to do nothing. Real change takes effort. People will stay stuck because it is familiar. They will do the same thing day after day because it is what they are comfortable with. It is awkward at best when you are trying to change the model of what you only know! When there is growth and expansion of NEW AND ANOTHER DIRECTION it is uncomfortable as F..K! This is the hugest reason people choose the same over and over and over again! It is a dumb downing of self! Its a recreating of the Stepford-wives!!! All the same in order to feel at ease... until finally, someone recognizes SOMETHING IS NOT RIGHT!
Over a course of a lifetime (I will be 58 in July) I have attempted bits and pieces of this entrepreneurial life. It by no means is a get rich quick scheme. You apply every bit of what has not worked and access it differently into the next effort. You are forever chasing dollars and changing strategies! With modern technology, it has helped a booming online source for advertising. Ya know real people attempt and fail! You learn as you go with the ideas you think are going to work! How you define success is based on your own mindset.
You have to understand too, you set yourself up for others to "perceive" this life you are portraying. The more successful you become, you, yourself has to not only maintain the image, but you find that you have to keep elevating the success for the masses to "think" you are doing so well for yourself!
I doubt every single person, who claims, "I can teach you how to accumulate a 7 figure salary" the programs that they are setting up for you to "buy" (Rainmaker Syndrome) so their bank account can grow. They do not care if you watch their videos that you bought. In fact, they are banking on you NOT to watch or to keep up. They have made money off of their sales pitch that you bought into. There is a term, I will share with you, it is called "Bending Realty" it is a concept based on you believing every truth told about how the person has done things! You believed the hype, bought into the hype, therefore "Bending Reality" worked in the marketer's strategy!
You would have to understand your own reasoning for wanting to be an entrepreneur. If you are comfortable gaining an income based on deceit, then go for it! By all means, dupe your customers! See how all those results come back to you in the long run.
Let's use another Ex: It is like a contractor, who sells you this big fabricated fancy worded sales pitch., promising you the biggest and the best and most modern of the time. You give him your money; a more than enough down payment. You really do not know him. You ONLY HEARD things. He starts the work. (You, of course, have no clue how it is supposed to look but because he bragged and sold you the "Package" of words_______) He is there a few days. You see some progress... but then somehow, the works falls to the side. (He gets supposedly called to another job.) He has your money now... and you sit and wait. Weeks go by and you get a call and he says, " so I did this thus far_____ so now I need more money. He knows exactly the quandary he has left you in! He knows he has you over a barrel because you need your work done. He as an entrepreneur businessman!! He knows the tactic in order to gain a steady income. This is his version of bending reality so multiply this work ethic by several customers! See the "steady gains"? And how he has made you to believe? ( I have known contractors that have taken $$$ from their customers that have had a cocaine addiction, borrowing from others and taking more $$$ from the customer never finishing the work started or prolonging it and stretching it out etc etc etc...)
As a business coach for creative-minded women and as a personal mentor, I have women who approach me because they are stuck, bored, wanting something more to do and needing something more to gain in their lives for a more purpose-filled way of living. I offer a variety of tools and creative approaches based on what I have learned being able to teach thru my own personal experiences that have worked for me. My success is based on opportunities that have allowed a steady stream of curious flow. There is no hype! Either you want change or you do not! The money you would spend on any of my classes is a "in hand take with you" when you leave! There is no ongoing anything unless you need something more for another time! What you leave with, you get to choose how it will apply to your life. That even goes with saying, when you take a painting class. You have a creation that you completed from your vision of a perspective that now you get to hang or place any where you please! Each time you see it you are reminded of that 1 time... at that moment you gained a new perception of a different reality!
I instruct and teach women how to build a blog and take better pictures for their social media. I show other women who want to start "anything" how to build confidence in starting an entrepreneurial project. I will tell you right now if you are looking to gain 7 figures in a short time... I AM NOT YOUR PERSON! I do not stand for that in any sense of the word or work! Becoming successful in any matter depends on how you apply your self on any platform. It was not about how much money I could make in a short amount of time but about how I could grow in numbers the number of people willing to see that change can happen as you learn the skills (with what you are already equipped with) you need to improve for what is needed in your life!
Hustles and side gigs in this time in life is imperative to creative-minded women who want more from the life she is already living. I preach this because even as I write this I still have a very a part-time gig I go to... my hand is in many many entities! That is the best thing about being an entrepreneur you get to make the call on how you want to live your life and how you choose to stream in your income. There is NO ceiling cap on your worth or the dollars you choose to make!
No person on this earth gets to tell you how big your dream should be! No person on this earth gets to chastise you for wanting more than an ordinary life! No person on this earth gets to make you feel less than adequate because you choose to live life outside of a box! No person gets to berate you, belittle you or keep you down or worse DUMB DOWN you because they cannot see THE BIG PICTURE as a whole!
